Product leadership, without the rituals.
Maxime Jean. I help founder-led teams ship products users actually reach for, and build the muscle to keep doing it after I leave.
Approach
Most product problems aren't missing process. They're unclear ownership of the next decision, a roadmap that collapses the moment a customer says something inconvenient, and a team that's been told to "be more strategic" with no room to actually be.
I work inside the team, not next to it. I take calls, I argue in docs, I ship. I care less about frameworks than about whether the next decision is the right one, and whether someone will still be making good decisions six months after I'm gone.
I've led product in early-stage, growth-stage, and post-acquisition environments. The common thread is narrow scope, honest discovery, and decisions that survive contact with customers.
How we can work together
Fractional product leadership
For founder-led companies who need senior product discipline before a full-time Head of Product is the right hire. Usually a few days a month, embedded, with clear handover in mind.
Strategy sprints
Four to eight weeks, end-to-end. We get to a plan the team believes in, grounded in customer evidence, and small enough to ship. Not a deck. A plan.
